Traveling to new destinations is always an exciting and enriching experience, but discovering new culinary traditions is what truly makes a trip unforgettable. For foodies, there's nothing quite like exploring the local cuisine and discovering new flavours and ingredients. And that's exactly what we did during our 8-day trip to Bali.

We were determined to seek out the best local dishes and learn about Balinese culinary traditions. From the street food vendors to the more elaborate restaurants, we were eager to discover the authentic flavours of Bali.

Our first stop was the bustling night market in Denpasar, where we sampled a variety of traditional Balinese dishes, including nasi goreng (fried rice) and sate lilit (spiced minced meat skewers). The flavours were bold and complex, with a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy notes.
